Belgium
In Belgium, Enabel focuses on training on global issues, employment for young development cooperation workers, promotion of fair and sustainable trade and global citizenship education in schools.
The Trade for Development Centre
The Trade for Development Centre (TDC) promotes fair and sustainable products in Belgium. Among other things, it coordinates the annual Fair Trade Week campaign in October. The TDC informs about fair and sustainable trade market trends and also provides financial support and training in marketing and/or business management to producers of sustainable products in the South.
Junior Programme
Through the Junior Programme young people under 31 can acquire one or two years of professional experience in international cooperation. Projects of Enabel and of participating Belgian NGOs offer interesting opportunities to young professionals of various backgrounds.
BeGlobal
BeGlobal offers the education and global citizenship sectors strategic support, strengthening pedagogical practices and positions itself as a centre of knowledge, innovation and expertise in global citizenship education.
