Belgium-Rwanda bilateral cooperation – Programme report 2019-2024
Rwanda’s development strategy, Vision 2050, aims at promoting economic growth, prosperity, and a high quality of life for Rwandans. To attain its strategic development goals, the Rwandan government collaborates with numerous partners, including the Kingdom of Belgium, through Enabel.
With a total budget of 120 million euros, the 2019-2024 Belgium-Rwanda bilateral programme’s activities were fully aligned with the National Strategy for Transformation 2017-2024, supporting the aspirations of Vision 2050. The programme developed its actions around the following sectors: health, agriculture, urban development, public financial management, and study and consultancy fund.
