Evaluation of Enabel’s 2030 organisational strategy

3D illustration of a conceptual maze.

In 2024, Enabel undertook a strategic evaluation of its 2030 Strategy, commissioning Paeradigms to assess the strategy’s relevance and alignment with the evolving geopolitical context, partners’ needs, and international guidelines. This evaluation has been a critical step in ensuring that Enabel remains at the forefront of international cooperation and continues to deliver value in a rapidly changing world.

The evaluation showed that the “formulation of the Enabel 2030 strategy itself is testimony to remarkable foresight and has proven to be highly relevant in today’s rapidly changing geopolitical and international cooperation context.”

The lessons learned from this evaluation will empower Enabel to further refine its approach to achieve greater impact and stronger outcomes as we move toward 2030.
