Stations for Skills development in the 21st century
Enabel, under the Skilled Young Palestine – Improving Resilience and Job Opportunities for Youth (SYP) project, has introduced a new manual titled “Stations for Skills Development in the 21st Century.” This manual is tailored for individuals aged 16 to 29 who are seeking employment or training prospects. The guide serves as a tool to aid young people in their self-awareness journey, assisting them in identifying and honing their skills and capabilities to reach their goals.
By focusing on soft skill enhancement, readiness for employment, exploration of career opportunities, adaptation to virtual work environments, and utilization of design-thinking methodologies for entrepreneurship, this guide equips young people with the tools they need to thrive in today’s dynamic landscape.
